Glenn Rieder provided all millwork and decorative metalwork for the ultra-luxurious first-floor spaces, including the grab-and-go, retail area, lobby, restaurant, and Spa & Fitness center. Each space featured high-end fixtures, expansive decorative metal screens, walnut tambour panels, railings, custom banquette seating, and a show-stopping bar in the main lobby crowned by a striking decorative metal canopy.
