Project Manager
This is a challenging position; managing diverse, multi-million dollar commercial interior projects throughout the country. Our Project Managers coordinate the completion and submittal of shop drawings and RFIs, schedule and coordinate the fabrication of millwork and the installation of all interior finishes, negotiate, contract with and manage subcontractors; Project Managers are the face of our company to the customer. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management and a bachelors’ degree, preferably in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

Detailer/Designer
Production of detailed shop drawings is the primary responsibility for this position.  Proficiency in AutoCad 2004, reading architectural blueprints, and millwork industry experience is a must.  Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate’s degree in a related field of study.  Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of Microsoft office products is a plus.

Estimator
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience.  The Estimator will be responsible for the thorough completion of project estimates and proposals.  A strong understanding of the construction industry and the estimating process is required.
